David "Skip" Hardy

has been working in the fitness field for over 10 years. In 2011 he earned a Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With his scientific and experiential knowledge Skip has developed his own style of training.  Phoenix Custom Fitness was created to bring this method of training to you.

 

The main focus is individualized fitness. Everybody has a different body and different goals for their body, thus it takes different training and motivational methods to achieve personal goals. Skip has the skill and experience to develop a training plan that will work for your body.  With the training methods that he has developed, in the training facility that he designed, you will achieve your personal fitness goals and make fitness work for you!
